About this brewery
Caber Beer is a family-run microbrewery in Spoleto, in the green heart of Italy. It began almost as a game, with the first home batches of Renzo, an engineer by training and homebrewer by passion, before growing into a true family project that involves his children. Its name blends the founder's surname with the word "beer." The beers — full-bodied, high-fermentation ales with fruity notes — marry the Belgian and English schools with an Italian twist, from the Caa'ber golden ale to the 24 Carati Belgian strong ale, the Marte dark ale and a hemp-flower beer. Committed to sustainability, the brewery runs entirely on solar power.
