About this brewery
Osiride Brewing Co. is a craft microbrewery based in Foligno, in the heart of Italy and of green Umbria. Founded in 2017 as a beer firm in Trevi, under the name of Osiris, the Egyptian god of beer, it set up its own production site in Foligno in 2020. Brothers Nico and Luciano Federici drive the project, with Nico writing the recipes. The line-up is largely German-inspired — Helles (also in a gluten-free version), Schwarz Rauch, Märzen, Weiss — alongside variations such as an IGA made with Vermentino grapes. Among the highlights is an American IPA awarded "Best Beer of Central Italy". A tap room and shop welcome visitors Monday to Saturday.
